Interior Design Business Podcasts - Episode 17

Interior Design Business Podcasts November 10, 2022 - Episode 17

Why do I love interior design business podcasts? Let me count the ways…

  1. Because I’m 52 with a 7 yr old daughter, I do a Zone 2 (Google “Zone 2 Peter Attia” & your body will thank me) cardio workout 6 mornings a week.

    1. Listening to the podcasts distracts me from the monotony of Zone 2 cardio. I would much rather lift heavy things & sprint hills…I’m weird like that.

    2. They get my interior design business juices flowing

  2. As we’re (Robb and Company) in the process of evolving beyond a solo interior design practice into something bigger & better, I’m always open to expert opinions on scaling an interior design biz. Tons of great info being shared on these podcasts.

  3. Podcasts have introduced me to people doing interesting things in our field

  4. Podcasts have introduced me to people doing interesting things in other fields of business that we should be doing in ours.

  5. Between helping scale the design biz, turn Interior Designher into something truly useful to other solo designers & having an actual life…I don’t have a lot of time to read blog posts anymore…podcasts are so much more convenient.

With all of that said, here are the interior design podcasts that I’m listening to today:

  • Designer’s Oasis - 5 Business Lessons I Learned the Hard Way - 25 min

  • The Design You Podcast - Are You a Visionary Leader and Trailblazer? - 58 min

  • Dear Alice - Deep Dive: Our New Showroom | Everything We’re Excited About - 47 min
